FAIRFIELD, NJ--Jersey Spirits Distilling Co. has been locally distilling spirits in Fairfield, NJ since 2015. Their products include Vodka, Bourbon, Single Malt Whisky, Rum, Gin, American Whiskey, Hopmanic, Jersey Hooch and Grappa. All of the spirits are authentically made from locally and regionally sourced raw materials (grains, molasses and fruits) and are handcrafted from distilling to bottling entirely by Jersey Spirits Distilling Co. staff.
Jersey Spirits provides on premises indoor and outdoor seating areas for tastings and craft cocktail service and is practicing safe Covid protocols, cleaning and social distancing. Throughout the pandemic, Jersey Spirits has been striving to provide a contactless experience for their customers’ and staff’s safety. Currently, production floor tours are closed to customers, but self-guided Tasting Room tours are available. In addition, Jersey Spirits staff is always on hand to discuss their products and processes.
Tasting Room hours are Fridays from 5-9pm, Saturdays from 2-8pm, and Sundays from 2-6pm; these hours may be extended and food trucks will also join Jersey Spirits as the weather gets warmer. Finally, if you want to enjoy Jersey Spirits’ offerings at home, there are multiple options for you. Their online shop is available 24/7 with curbside pickup Tuesdays through Sundays. They also have a great line of To Go Cocktails available for you to take home to enjoy. Finally, they will be launching virtual classes very soon for both cocktail preparation and infusion.
