Regional Plan Association

We are honored to contribute to the mission of Regional Plan Association through our CEO’s membership of Regional Plan Association’s Board of Directors and New Jersey Committee. RPA has developed and promoted ideas to improve the economic health, environmental resiliency, and quality of life of the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut metropolitan area for nearly 100 years.

New Jersey Chamber of Commerce

Rensselaer Commercial Properties joined the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce in 2021. We are very proud members of this important business community in our state to advocate for all businesses to thrive and grow.

New Jersey Farm Bureau

We are long standing members of the New Jersey Farm Bureau to support advocacy for issues that affect agriculture and rural areas of New Jersey.

Community Engagement

Fairfield Public Library

We are pleased to have a long standing affiliation with the Fairfield Free Public Library. In 1985, Rosalind PioCosta made a donation to complete construction of the library in her husband’s name - Anthony PioCosta - in memoriam, several years after his passing. The library is an impressive community asset serving Fairfield, NJ through an extensive offering of books (print and digital), programs, events, and other services.
