FAIRFIELD, NJ--When Erica and Derek Talish met in 2013, they knew they wanted to leverage their background in exercise science and nutrition as a team to start their own business - what would eventually become Rebel Strength and Performance. In 2016, they initially launched their fitness business and opened a brick and mortar location in 2018.
Rebel Strength and Performance was built on results and science. Erica and Derek pride themselves on keeping their clients as healthy as they become more fit through customized programming to meet each client's needs and goals. Their tailored programming supports clients to achieve their goals quickly and injury free. Importantly, training at Rebel Strength and Performance is both smart and fun. Their close community of members support each other inside and outside the gym as well.
Recently, Rebel Strength and Performance installed a top of the line Foresight golf simulator, including slow motion replay and multiple analytics. Because of the significant number of golfers among their member base, they decided to incorporate the simulator to support clients to take their game to the next level, even during the off season.
